Because tumescent liposuction is performed using only local anesthesia and mild sedation, the cost for this type of liposuction surgery is reasonable, starting at about $2500.00, with total cost dependent upon how many body parts are chosen for the operation. Liposuction of the neck begins at $1500.00.
